‘Sophie Wu’, our 500L pot still has finally started to earn her keep, producing our first 150L of premium Fort Gin last week. We marked the occasion, with a small glass of champagne, well deserved!
We will be putting her to work again this week as we build our stocks of Fort Gin prior to having it available for purchase, hopefully by 15 Nov 18.
