Our latest release… Made by double distilling our award winning cyder, which is then aged in Oak and hazelnuts – the traditional Normandy way.

On the nose it is very obviously an Apple Brandy, on the palate there is an explosion of apples which finishes with a deliciously smooth sweetness.
