First, how about we tell you a bit about us... We are a rum distillery based in the heart of historic Fort Cumberland, right on the tip of Portsea Island. We create ‘officially’ amazing rum & gin, with our spirits winning a number of awards - from best Spiced Rum, to best 'rum on the rocks'..
