Contract for the Supply of Products
The display of products on The Portsmouth Distillery website constitutes an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products at the price indicated.
No contract for the supply of products shall exist between you and The Portsmouth Distillery until your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email. This confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase products from The Portsmouth Distillery and is effective whether or not you receive the email.
The Portsmouth Distillery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where there are errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability or the order itself.
All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Credit and debit cards will be charged before products are dispatched.
Processing of Orders
Orders will normally be processed once payment has been successfully received.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability and courier services.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind
If you purchase products online and decide that you no longer wish to keep them, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Unless the products are faulty or supplied in error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been returned).
Faulty or damaged products
If your products arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably including photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate, including reimbursement of any applicable delivery charges.
In some circumstances we may request that the products are returned to us for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
Goods damaged in transit
If your parcel shows obvious signs of damage when it is delivered, please refuse delivery where possible and ask the courier to return the parcel to us.
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@theportsmouthdistillery.com so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Any refunds will be made using the original payment method.
