This coconut flavoured rum is made using our award-winning 1968 White rum as it’s base. Once distilled, we add toasted coconut flakes and let them macerate in the rum, resulting in a delightful coconut-infused spirit.
This rum is bottled at 40% ABV, allowing the full expression of the toasty, coconut aromas and flavours. As a final touch, we lightly sweeten the rum with a touch of sugar syrup.
